We have owned our home for almost fifteen years. Several years ago we decided to rent our home during our retirement, giving the occasion of Irina’s first service to us. Irina guided us in the process and helped us obtain excellent tenants: a doctor and his wife. Over the ensuing ten years, while we traveled in our retirement, Irina helped us with all the local matters, renewed leases, obtained new tenants, and resolved property issues. Finally, in 2018 we decided to sell our home and, after all her years of help, Irina was the only agent we were willing to consider. Irina helped us market the home, and she obtained five contracts at full price in as many days. She shepherded us through the process, constantly reporting the status and keeping us apprised of the next steps to come. Her help throughout the process kept us fully up to speed. Irina is knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and energetic.

We worked with John Norcross hoping to buy a single family home in Addison, but because of very limited home inventory the process took almost a year to find our perfect home. Keep in mind that we are not 1st time home buyers.
John was very responsive to our search request, he provided us a weekly report with listings of new homes entering the market. He made the time to work around our busy schedule to view many potential homes in our search area. I can tell you that this ongoing search was a frustrating time for us because we felt our dream home was never going to be in Addison, but all this time John kept his positive attitude and coached us to stay the course.
In the end he found us “the home” that when we went to view it, my wife walked in and said “this is it”. John was able to negotiate a fantastic purchase price (mush less than the asking price, because of a needed update to the bathroom). We could not be happier in our home, we enjoy it every day.
